I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The overall condition of the place was shocking, including filthy rooms and broken amenities. While I did find the location somewhat quiet and peaceful, the poor service and lack of cleanliness overshadowed any positives. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and it's certainly not worth the price we paid.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were old and in terrible condition, with mold and bugs everywhere. The bathroom had hair and was not cleaned properly.
Service
5.0
The service was slow and the staff seemed incompetent and rude. It felt like they were more interested in selling things than actually providing good hospitality.
Location
5.0
The hotel is in a quiet area, which is nice if you want to escape the hustle of downtown, but that's about the only positive.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was barely passable, with low standards and a loud atmosphere.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were lacking, with many things in disrepair and not well-maintained.

My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. While the initial impression was good, with a nice lobby and a friendly welcome, the quality of the rooms and service left much to be desired. The outdated and unclean rooms were a letdown, along with inconsistent dining options and rude service during check-in. The hotel has potential, but it needs significant improvements to be worth the price charged.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were outdated and not clean; there were stains in the bathroom and the TV seemed ancient. Definitely not what I expected.
Service
5.0
The service was lacking; the check-in process felt rushed and the staff seemed uninterested in assisting us.
Location
5.0
The location is somewhat isolated; it’s not easy to catch a cab, making it hard to explore the area freely.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were inconsistent; some meals were decent while others were below standard and overpriced.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were lacking upkeep, with food trays left in the hallways, giving a poor impression of cleanliness.

My experience at the resort was quite frustrating. While the breakfast selection was decent, the overall service was disorganized and the rooms left a lot to be desired. The facilities, particularly the pool area, were just okay, but it was disappointing to see so many maintenance issues throughout. I can't recommend this place due to the issues with cleanliness and service, despite a few redeeming factors.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were really small with three single beds and faced the inside of the resort. They are in desperate need of an upgrade, as I dealt with a leaking shower and poor lighting.
Service
5.0
The service quality was poor; I often felt ignored and there were times when room service took forever to respond. However, there were a few friendly staff members who tried to help.

Dining
5.0
The breakfast had a decent selection, but I found the lunch and dinner options to be very limited and served cold. Desserts were a highlight, but that wasn't enough to salvage the experience.
Facilities
5.0
The pool area was manageable, but overall, the facilities felt outdated and not well-maintained.

My experience at this resort was quite disappointing overall. While the pool area had potential and a few amenities were okay, the room conditions were unacceptable, with cleanliness issues and outdated furniture. The service left much to be desired as well, making the stay frustrating. I genuinely wish I had spent a bit more for a better experience elsewhere.

Rooms
5.0
The room was poorly maintained, with dirty walls and outdated furniture, not at all what I expected.
Service
5.0
The service was lacking, as the front desk staff seemed indifferent and rushed during check-in, affecting my overall experience.
Location
5.0
The resort feels distant from everything, making it difficult to get around without transportation.
Dining
5.0
Dining was mediocre at best, with limited options and food quality that didn’t impress.
Facilities
6.0
The pool was nice, but overall, facilities were underwhelming and not well maintained.

5.2/10

I had mixed feelings about my stay at the resort. On one hand, it offers great value for the price, with a beautiful large pool and friendly staff. However, the rooms are quite outdated, and the dining options are just average. Despite being in a semi-rural area, the accessibility to the Ring road is a plus, but the overall experience was marred by some cleanliness issues and a lack of nighttime activities.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms feel very dated and are in need of significant renovation. I found them to be tight, old, and not very clean, which was disappointing.
Service
5.0
The service staff were friendly, but there seemed to be a lack of professionalism. I often felt like I was just waiting for tips rather than receiving genuine service.
Location
6.0
The resort is located a bit out of town and is isolated at night, making transportation challenging. However, being close to the Ring road is advantageous for getting around during the day.
Dining
5.0
The food was passable but nothing to write home about. It was average and lacked variety, which was a letdown during my stay.
Facilities
6.0
The large pool is a highlight, but overall the facilities felt underwhelming and needed maintenance, especially with some concerning items found around the pool area.
